Tenant Settings
The Tenant Settings is where an admin manages information for a specific client. It includes the following sections:
  • Account Information: manage tenant information, license type, user limits, etc.
  • General Settings: manage tenant answer types, default findings status, etc.
  • Email Settings: manage notification settings, server settings, email templates, etc.
  • Tags Settings: create and manage all tags in a tenant
  • Service Level Agreements: manage SLAs in a tenant
  • Short Codes: manage short codes for a tenant
