Integrations (Licensed)
This page provides information on integrations with HackerOne and Snyk.
This is a licensed feature. Contact your Account Manager to add these integrations to your PlexTrac instance.
Licensed integrations are currently found in two locations within the Admin Dashboard:
  • For HackerOne and Snyk: Admin Dashboard>Tools & Integrations>Integrations
  • For Tenable IO and Tenable SC: Admin Dashboard>API Integrations>Tenable IO Integration OR Tenable SC Integration
For information about Tenable IO and Tenable SC integrations, visit the API Integrations page.
When HackerOne or Snyk is available for a tenant, the tool will appear in the pulldown menu New Integration.

Integrating with HackerOne

Once completed, HackerOne syncs data to PlexTrac, but updates in PlexTrac do not sync back to HackerOne.
Step 1: From the Admin Dashboard, click Integrations under "Tools & Integrations".
Step 2: Click New Integration and then click HackerOne.
If PlexTrac has not been licensed for integration, a message will appear in the bottom left of the page that the configuration cannot be created and to contact your sales rep.
Step 3: A modal appears with three tabs. In the "Configuration" tab, enter a value for the Integration Name (it can be any value), the HackerOne API Key identifier, and API Key. Click Continue.
Step 4: In the "Mapping" tab, choose the mapping between HackerOne and PlexTrac fields. Required fields have the checkbox grayed out in the "Synch" column. The other fields are optional and can be removed if not needed by clicking the checkbox to remove the checkmark. Once finished, click Continue.
Step 5: A message will validate that the synch was successful. Click Got It.
HackerOne will now appear on the list of enabled integrations on the Integrations page.
The integration can be turned off and on as desired via the toggle button under "Enabled." Existing settings can be adjusted by clicking Edit. The integration can be deleted at any time by clicking Delete.
