Plextrac allows team members to comment and provide updates on findings. PlexTrac integrates with Jira Cloud so findings can be automatically added as tasks in Jira and comments from Jira are automatically included as status updates in PlexTrac. Learn more about integrating with Jira here.
Step 1: From the selected report, click on the Status of the finding you would like to assign
Step 2: Click the "Add Update" button
Step 3: You can now update the Status, Assign a User, indicate a Sub-Status, and provide commentary for tracking. Once complete, click "Save" to update the status on the finding
Step 4: Once updated you will see your update tracked in the status of the finding both in the status tracker and in the findings portion of the module
